We, as Adexon Ltd. (hereinafter “Adexon”) provide our publishers with a set of tools and services to maximize their advertising revenues. We do this by connecting our publishers with a broad spectrum of advertisers as well as through advanced optimization technology (hereinafter “Technology”). Equipped with such knowledge, they can make smarter and more accurate decisions on how to market their advertising space.

Technology

Our publishers use our Technology to determine which advertiser will be able to pay the highest rate for space on their sites. Thus, you are more than likely to come across this technology on the sites and apps of our publishers who have implemented it.

Sensitive data

Adexon does not use any sensitive data and we take all available measures not to receive it from any sources. By sensitive data here we mean such information that, if used directly or with a little effort, would make it possible to contact the designated person, such as (but not limited to) name, phone number, email address or home address. However, due to the nature of the Internet, we do not have the ability to completely control all the information that will be sent by publishers to our servers. No less, if we learn that we have come into possession of sensitive data, we will make every effort to remove this information from all our resources. What’s more – if we inadvertently pass such data to our publishers or advertisers, then we will make sure that they also remove it from their resources.

Issue codes

Publishers implement our Technology by placing dedicated ad impression codes on their sites and applications, which make it possible to emit ads. Such codes contain only anonymous information about the page , section and size of the creative.

Collection and sharing of non-sensitive data

Our Technology, through publisher sites, collects and uses only data that is not sensitive, such as the IP address of the device used to connect to the Internet, the type of browser, the type and number of pages visited, the date and time when the browser returned the ad request and how many times it did so. We may share non-sensitive data with our publishers and advertisers using our Technology. In addition, we may combine the non-sensitive data that we have obtained using it with other data obtained from partners and customers, but with this data it is not possible to identify or contact you individually.

You should be aware, however, that our publishers’ sites, as well as sites that carry ads delivered through our Technology, may wish to obtain information about users (non-sensitive data) through cookie technology and other sensitive data that you choose to provide during registration. As much as we try to select ourpublishers and partners very carefully, we are not responsible for their privacy policies. All the more reason for us to familiarize ourselves with their practices in how they handle the data they obtain from users.

Entities affected by our Technology

Our publishers’ pages In some cases, sites that work with us may want to use our impression codes to provide advertisers with information about you, such as demographic information that you have previously chosen to provide (e.g. in the registration process), as long as they have the right to do so. As part of our privacy policy, we guard against the transfer of sensitive data, so if we learn that we have come into possession of such data, then we will make every effort to remove such information from our resources, as well as request that such site stop sending it to us. We cannot and do not take responsibility for their privacy policies. Therefore, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with their practices as to how they handle the data they obtain from users.

Advertisers

Displayed advertisements by third parties using our Technology may contain information from their cookies and/or other data aggregation tools. In addition, the ads themselves may contain links to other sites that have their own cookies or data aggregation tools.

Third-party data providers

Third-party data providers are companies that collect information about user behavior by working with a number of sites that are visited by those users. This is mostly non-sensitive information, such as site topics, sections visited, etc. We work with many such companies and provide their data to our advertisers in aggregated and anonymous form.

Information retention

We keep all non-sensitive data that we collect using our Technology for no longer than 90 days. Reports that are generated from them may be kept longer.

Corporate website

Above all, our site offers detailed information about the services we provide. Cookies and other marking tools We use cookie technology within our corporate website to better manage it. Cookies stored on your device may remain on your device for an extended period of time, and you can delete them by following the directions provided in your web browser.
